Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems in management is becoming increasingly popular. AI can be used to automate routine and repetitive tasks, analyze data, make decisions, and optimize processes. Here are some examples of how AI can be used in management:

  1. Operations automation: AI can be used to automatically manage and control operations in various industries. For example, in manufacturing companies, AI can manage production processes, inventory planning and control, supply chain optimization, and quality monitoring.
  2. Data analysis and forecasting: AI can analyze large amounts of data and make predictions and forecasts based on this. This can be useful for retail management, financial planning, demand forecasting, market trend forecasting, and more.
  3. Decision making: AI systems can make decisions based on given rules and algorithms. This can be useful in the banking sector for automated decision-making, investment portfolio management, risk forecasting, and strategy development.
  4. Virtual assistants: AI systems can be used as virtual assistants to help managers make decisions. They can analyze data, make recommendations, and help plan and coordinate processes.
  5. Risk management: AI can be used to analyze risks and develop risk management strategies. For example, in the banking sector, AI helps identify fraud and credit risk.
