The Big Boof Theory (B.O.O.F.) is a unifying cosmological framework that situates the Phi-torus as a fundamental geometric form underlying physical reality. It advances the argument that oscillatory dynamics observable at the quantum scale mirror toroidal structures evident at cosmic scales. The theory introduces the concept of a tuning force, a regulatory principle that ensures bodies oscillate at optimal frequencies, enabling stability across scales.
