The theory of motion stability studies the influence of disturbing factors on the motion of a material system. Undertakers are forces that are not taken into account when describing motion, because they are small compared to the main forces. These irritating forces are usually unknown. They can act instantaneously, which leads to a small change in the initial state of the material system, i.e., the initial values of coordinates and velocities.
