Abstract

Promotion the efficiency of thermal energy use in civil buildings has particular relevance for mountainous Uzbekistan due to the fact that these buildings account for about 80% of the energy consumption of all buildings. The country's sharply continental and dry climate with lowland and mountainous weather conditions and marine regions, deserts and steppes, tundra and eternal frost presents special requirements for design, construction and operation tasks buildings. Taking into account the characteristics of the seasons of the year and time of day, it is advisable involve both architectural and operational measures for both the organization, and preventing the thermal effect of solar radiation and the surrounding environment (for example, daytime heating and night cooling by ventilation, use of solar heat and protection from it).
