Abstract

This article is about the endowment documents of the Timurid period. It provides much more detailed information about waqf ownership, which was an important form of land ownership during this period.

In particular, the waqf properties during the time of Amir Temur and his successors, the land allotted to the waqf, the persons who played an important role in the formation of the waqf lands, the goals and tasks of the waqfs, and their important historical and legal documents were analyzed.
